Felony arrests


' Matthew Arron Stites, 18, no address. Deputies from the Jackson County Sheriff's Department arrested Stites Wednesday and charged him with second-degree theft, third-degree theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Stites was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on &

' Bobby Shane Charlton, 26, of the 3000 block of N. Pacific Highway, Medford. Charlton was arrested by sheriff's deputies late Tuesday night and charged with probation violation. On Wednesday police added charges of second-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief. Charlton remains jailed without bail.
