' Keith Alan Barnett, 20, of the 100 block of South Seventh Street, Central Point. On Wednesday Medford police added charges of possession, delivery and manufacture of marijuana and first-degree child neglect to theft charges. Barnett was lodged in Jackson County Jail on Tuesday. Bail was set at &

36;70,000, but he was released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Drugs

' Curtis Joseph Ziegler, 28, no address listed. Central Point police arrested Ziegler on a warrant from Missouri charging him with manufacturing dangerous drugs. He was lodged in jail without bail.

Assault

' Katrina Lorene Gillispie, 30, of the 2900 block of Taylor Road, Central Point. Gillispie appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Wednesday on an indictment charging her with third- and fourth-degree assault. She was booked into jail and released.

' Adam Bertrand Saunders, 26, of the 2800 block of Ball Road, Eagle Point. Saunders appeared in Circuit Court Wednesday on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released.

' Karen Marie Danziger, 52, Klamath Falls. Danziger appeared in Circuit Court Wednesday on an indictment charging her with two counts each of first- and second-degree theft, as well as a warrant charging her with negotiating a bad check. She was booked into jail and released.

' Jason Donald Benn, 17, of the 1700 block of Oakmont Drive, Medford. Benn appeared in Circuit Court Wednesday on an indictment charging him with attempting to elude police in a vehicle, reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked into jail and released.

Crime reports

Burglary

' 200 block of West Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Rogue River police were called to a burglary in progress at 6:11 p.m. Tuesday at Assembly of God Church and Christian Life School, Chief Ken Lewis said. When officers arrived, they heard screaming and found several people who had caught a 12-year-old boy. Investigators discovered that the boy and a 13-year-old boy who fled had broken a tool shed window, but hadn't gotten into the shed. Nothing was taken and the damage was limited to about &

36;100, Lewis said. The 12-year-old was charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief, then released to his parents. Police know who the other boy was and are seeking him, Lewis said.

Theft

' 500 block of Thompson Creek Road, Ruch. A sheriff's deputy took a report Wednesday of a theft of a red Mercury Tracer wagon with an unknown license plate.
