Anthony Joseph Bristow, 39, of the 2100 block of Milford Drive, Medford. Bristow made his initial appearance Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on two counts of first-degree theft, identity theft and first-degree forgery. He was booked into the Jackson County Jail then released on his own recognizance.
