Ronnie Lee Kyles, 26, of the 3700 block of Colver Road, Phoenix. A Medford police officer Saturday arrested Kyles on warrants charging him with two counts of attempted eluding in a vehicle, strangulation, harassment and reckless driving, failure to appear in court and probation violations, and additional charges of attempted eluding on foot, providing false information to police and resisting arrest. He was lodged in jail without bail.
