Felony arrests

Assault '

William Raymond Hays, 29, of the 3300 block of Brophy Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies late Sunday arrested Hays on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, harassment and interfering with a police report. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held until posting bail Monday.

Rape '

Justin Wayne Pastor, 24, of Eagle River, Alaska. Pastor made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of third-degree rape and delivery and possession of amphetamines. He was processed Monday in the Jackson County Jail, where he was released on his own recognizance.

Hindering prosecution '

Lisa Dawn Hilliard, 27, of the 2900 block of Fairweather Drive, Medford. Hilliard made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of hindering prosecution. She was processed Monday at the Jackson County Jail, where she was released Monday on her own recognizance.

Drugs '

Ryan William Kremp, 30, of the 500 block of Winters Way, Talent. Kremp made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance near a school and manufacturing, possession and delivery of marijuana. He was processed at the Jackson County Jail, where he was released Monday on his own recognizance.

Identity theft '

Christina Lynn Harrison, 32, of the 900 block of East Pine Street, Central Point. Medford police Monday arrested Harrison on charges of identity theft, first-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she was being held Monday without bail.

Assault '

Michael Glenn Moses, 36, of the 600 block of Jeanette Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Moses on a charge of felony fourth-degree assault and for violating the conditions of his parole from a previous assault conviction. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday without bail.

Drugs '

Thomas Winfield Scott Jr., 53, of the 100 block of Lincoln Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Scott on charges of possession of amphetamine, two counts of conspiracy to commit identity theft and one count of conspiracy to commit credit-card fraud. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of &
