Daniel Paul Zeman, 65, of the 1000 block of Glengrove Street, Central Point. A Medford police officer Friday added charges including two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, two counts of second-degree sexual abuse, two counts of second-degree sodomy, two counts of third-degree sodomy and second-degree encouraging child sexual abuse to Zeman, who was arrested Jan. 10 on three counts of first-degree sodomy and three counts of first-degree sexual abuse. Thomas Shawn Drummond, 20, no known address. A Medford police officer Friday added charges including three counts of second-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree theft, first-degree theft and unlawful use of a vehicle to Drummond, who was arrested Jan. 9 on a charge of possessing contraband. An Oregon State Police trooper Friday added a charge of methamphetamine possession to Zech, who was arrested Dec. 29 on five counts of first-degree theft, two counts of aggravated first-degree theft, two counts of unlawful use of a vehicle, first-degree burglary, identity theft, hit-and-run driving, criminal trespass and first-degree criminal mischief. Burglary '

5800 block of Crater Lake Highway, Central Point. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Friday took a report of a burglary in which someone broke into a storage unit. Total damages were estimated at &

Medford Center robbery suspect caught A suspected robber was apprehended early Friday just a few hundred feet from the scene of his alleged crime, police said.

Daniel Lee Creamons, 27, a transient, was taken into custody near Sears in the 500 block of Medford Center at about 2 a.m. Friday, Medford police Lt. Mike Moran said.

Creamons was identified by a clerk of the Medford Coffee Co. as the man who handed her a demand note and fled after obtaining a large amount of cash from the business, Moran said.

The shop, a Purple Parrot outlet that offers video Lottery gaming, is in the 900 block of Medford Center.

Moran said Creamons was not armed during the incident.

Creamons was arrested on charges of second-degree robbery and second-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on more than &
