David John Rendon, 23, of the 2400 block of Thorn Oak Drive, Medford. A Medford police officer Wednesday added charges of manufacturing amphetamines and delivering amphetamines to Rendon, who was arrested Tuesday on charges of possession of amphetamines, being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
