Felony arrests

Burglary, theft '

Luke Jose Sanchez, 19, of the 800 block of Nadia Way, Medford. Sanchez appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree burglary, first-degree theft, second-degree theft, first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of amphetamines. He was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Ataji Anthony Duca Dominguez, 32, of the 600 block of B Street, Ashland. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Dominguez on charges of possession of amphetamines and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.

' Yvonne Marie Maloney, 33, of the 1100 block of Loal Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Maloney on two counts of endangering a minor, possession of amphetamines and a probation violation. She was lodged in jail without bail.

Benjamin Thomas Deshane, 22, of the 2300 block of Sunset Court, Medford. Deshane appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on charges of first-degree criminal mischief. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.

Kevin Robert Petsche, 23, of the 100 block of Access Road, Gold Hill. A Central Point police officer Thursday arrested Petsche on charges of possession of amphetamines, delivering amphetamines and manufacturing amphetamines, and two warrants charging him with failure to appear in court. Miscellaneous

Power outage '

More than 4,700 Pacific Power customers lost electrical service Thursday night after a power line went down near Eagle Point.

The outage began at 5:47 p.m., Pacific Power spokeswoman Bekki Witt said. Crews were able to restore electricity to all but about 1,400 customers by 6:18 p.m., she said.

Witt said it was not known if high winds in the area caused the downed line.

A few traffic signals on Highway 62 near Eagle Point were temporarily out of service during the outage, Oregon State Police Lt. Kurt Barthel said.
