Medford police Monday arrested Uribe on charges of first-degree theft, identity theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday without bail pending a hearing on his immigration status.

A Jackson County sheriff's deputy arrested Eli Sunday for one count of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, reckless driving, endangering others, driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license and a probation violation for burglary.
