Felony arrests

Drugs

' Trever Paul Clement, 18, of the 6400 block of Truax Road, Central Point. Clement appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with manufacturing and possession of marijuana and delivery of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs

' Dustin Wayne Miller, 19, of the 800 block of West Eleventh Street, Medford. Miller appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession and delivery of marijuana. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.

Mistreatment, drugs

' Charles Davis Anderson, 49, of the 900 block of Lozier Lane, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Anderson on charges of first-degree criminal mistreatment, possession of morphine and third-degree theft and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.

Drugs

' Kenneth Douglas Boardman, 46, of the 4900 block of Cherry Lane, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Boardman on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail without bail.

Warrant

' Trevor Wayne Patton, 25, no known address. A sheriff's deputy Thursday arrested Patton on warrants charging him with identity theft, first-degree theft, failure to appear in court and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.

Drugs

' Carleen Ann Armstrong, 47, of the 500 block of Meridian Road, Eagle Point. A sheriff's deputy Thursday arrested Armstrong on charges of possession, manufacturing and delivery of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail and later released after posting bail.

Identity theft '

Judy Lynn Rovario, 34, of the 2200 block of Fruitdale Drive, Grants Pass. Medford police Friday added charges of racketeering, seven counts of identity theft, three counts of second-degree forgery, second-degree possession of a forged instrument and second-degree theft against Rovario. She was originally arrested Thursday on other charges. She remained jailed late Friday without bail.

Aggravated theft, identity theft '

Matthew Rene Arce, 41, of the 3100 block of Alameda Street, Medford. Arce appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree aggravated theft and identity theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs '

Christopher Nelson, 20, of the 1200 block of West Main Street, Medford. Nelson appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with delivery and possession of marijuana and possession of hallucinogens. He was lodged in jail and later released after posting bail.
