Local business notes
With the Central Library in Medford back in circulation, Mellelo Coffee Roasters is reopening its location at 205 S. Central Ave.
Mellelo's will reopen Monday morning and operate four days a week, unless days of operation at the library expand.
The coffee shop will be open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The location shut down in mid-August when business dried up following the library's April 6 closure.
To celebrate its reopening, Mellelo's is offering a free 12-ounce brewed coffee or an 8-ounce Mexican mocha on Wednesday.
Mellelo's has three other Medford locations: Lear Way, Main and Holly streets and Sixth and Front streets.
Theresa Couch is managing the staff of five. The phone number is 772-4790.
