The grand opening for Ooh La La Boutique & Spa, 20 S. Grape St., in Medford, is scheduled for 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11.

Brenda Georgeson, makeup artist and chief executive of Ooh La La Mineral Cosmetics, is the owner.

The firm offers name-brand boutique clothing, vintage jewelry, high-end furniture, home decor, antiques, vintage pieces and one-of-a-kind items.

It also offers Oregon-made vegan cosmetic and skin care products.

Regular hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

JACKSONVILLE — The Jefferson Grapevine will meet Wednesday, Jan. 15, at Bigham Knoll Event Center.

The event includes an education session at 3 p.m. and a prime-time segment at 6 p.m., with a networking session that overlaps both sessions at 5 p.m.

The Grapevine begins with a marketing education session, featuring trainers Trevor Yarrish and Adam Cuppy.

The evening session, "Define Your Edge," will take a closer look at the marketing behind Dutch Bros.

The cost for either session is $25. The price to attend both Southern Oregon Regional Economic Development Inc.-sponsored events is $40.

Seattle-based Horizon Air, which handles the majority of the commercial air service at the Medford airport, reported a systemwide 3.9 percent increase in December traffic.

The Alaska Air Group unit's capacity remained flat compared with December 2012, resulting in a 3.1-point increase in load factor for a December record of 82.5 percent.

Horizon also reported 78.5 percent of its flights arrived on time in December.
