Women Entrepreneurs meeting
Stephanie Hoffman, a business advisor and trainer for the Southern Oregon University Small Business Development Center, will discuss issues confronting owners at the next Women Entrepreneurs of Southern Oregon meeting, June 11 at Rogue Regency Inn.
Hoffman suggests regular feedback from your customers is crucial for business longevity.
Online dinner and program registration for members costs $20. Payment for members making telephone reservations is $23 at the door. Nonmember dinner and program online registration is $25 and $28 at the door. The program-only fee is $15.

Business seminar at SOU
Southern Oregon University's Small Business Development Center is offering two, three-hour sessions of "Smart Start Your Business" at the Higher Education Center in downtown Medford.
The first sessions begins at 9 a.m. Friday and the second starts at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, June 11.

Law seminar for landlords
Southern Oregon Rental Owners Association will hold a session on recent landlord-tenant law from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 13.
The seminar is designed to help landlords understand the major requirements of Oregon Landlord Tenant Law passed by the 2013 Legislature, as well how the new marijuana law may affect your business.
The class, taught by Medford lawyer James Stout, will be at the Hong Kong Restaurant, 820 NW Sixth St., Grants Pass. The cost is $55 for members and $70 for nonmembers. Cost includes lunch and the Law Update Manual.

SOREDI annual meeting
Southern Oregon Regional Economic Development Inc.'s 28th annual meeting will be held on the Rogue River.
The June 19 gathering will convene at Hellgate Jetboat Excursions, 966 SW Sixth St., Grants Pass, below Taprock Northwest Grill.
