Holly Andreson has joined 2Hawk Vineyard & Winery as the retail and business development manager. Andreson is originally from Gold Beach but spent the past 25 years in California’s Napa Valley, including an 18-year stint at Rombauer Vineyards, where she rose to retail operations manager.
Charmaine Carnes is now working at the European Touch spa at 132 W. Main St., Medford. Carnes owned and operated Salon Jewel spa in Ashland from 2006 to 2011 and learned her trade at the Imani Institute in Ashland. She has been a makeup artist in Los Angeles, San Francisco and the Rogue Valley for 20 years. Carnes has added a new service at the spa, eye-lash extensions. She can be reached at 541-772-2633.
PayneWest personal insurance sales director Scott Sherbourne received a top honor at the Safeco Insurance National Sales Conference in Orlando, Fla. Sherbourne was awarded the Outstanding Marketing Achievement and Leadership in the Large Agency Category, based on new business growth and customer retention. He helped initiate and implement the agency's Customer for Life Campaign, including branch-tailored newsletters, welcome packet, new business prospecting, and client retention.
Sherbourne has been with PayneWest Insurance since 2009, previously serving as the Medford branch manager before being promoted to personal insurance sales director for the company in 2013. Two other agents, Rob Swallow and Trish Montague, have also earned recognition. Swallow and Montague both received the Personal Lines Achievement Award by Safeco Insurance. Swallow, who has been with the agency since 2009, has also been invited to the Safeco Frontline Foundation. Montague has been in the insurance industry since 1987 and has worked with PayneWest since 1998.
