Oregon Bankers Association inducted Ken Trautman, president and CEO of People’s Bank of Commerce in Medford, and the late Bernie Kronberger, former community affairs officer at Wells Fargo in Portland, into the Oregon Bankers Hall of Fame. Trautman started his banking career at First Interstate Bank and later worked at Western Bank in Southern Oregon. In 1998, he co-founded People’s Bank of Commerce alongside the late Mike Sickels. Trautman is a past chairman of the OBA and will be assuming the role of chairman of the Independent Community Banks of Oregon in December. He currently serves on the board of the OBA Education Foundation.

Southern Oregon Goodwill Industries has named Erin Young as its workforce vice president. Previously, Young was workforce development director for Klamath and Lake counties. She has more than 15 years of experience in workforce development services. For the past 12 years, she has provided and overseen assessments, job placements and retention services to adults with barriers to employment at Southern Oregon Goodwill. Young has an Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and earned a bachelor's in applied psychology from the Oregon Institute of Technology.

Licensed broker Crystal Sanchez has joined the staff of Re/Max Integrity at Navigators Landing in Medford. Sanchez was previously an agent with Keller Williams Realty. Before going into sales, Sanchez was an appraiser with AC Appraisals and Equitable Appraisal Service.

Interior Office Concepts has named Logan Fosenburg as its Field Services Director. Logan served in the Navy five years prior to joining IOC. In 2016, he was promoted to installation manager and began implementing safety and training programs.

Office Technologies Inc. has hired Ryan Tooley as its chief happiness officer, overseeing an on-site technical support staff. Previously, he operated Bitzer IT LLC, a hardware, information technology and pro services company in Phoenix, Ariz.

Shannon Young has joined Kid Time Children’s Museum as assistant director. Young comes to Kid Time from Rogue Wilderness Adventures, where she was office and customer relations manager, and Wine Hopper Tours, where she was manager. Previously, she was marketing coordinator and spokesperson for Butler Automotive. Prior to that, she was a television news anchor and producer with KTVL Channel 10. Young served on the Kid Time board prior to her employment.

Ralph Wallis has joined Banner Bank as its Medford Black Oak branch manager. Wallis was previously a licensed relationship manager at Key Bank and a mortgage banker with Chase Bank. In addition to eight years of banking and financial industry experience, Wallis has been a business owner and manager, and served eight years with the Army Reserve.

Lifeline Computer Solutions has added three senior level employees: Delmar Hussey, virtual chief information officer; Nichole Metz, project engineer; and Jacob King, who will head Centralized Services. Hussey has experience from small companies to large in international corporate business management. He was a regional sales manager with Bernafon AG, a senior hearing specialist with Costco, and a hearing specialist for Miracle Ear and Sonus Hearing Care Professionals. Metz studied at Pennsylvania State University. She most recently worked for Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center as a data analyst. Previously, Metz worked as a technical support specialist for Providence Health & Services. She served eight years in the Navy. King worked as a network cryptography technician in the Navy. Prior to that, he was a customer service representative and networking and facilities technician.

Natalie Williams has joined Banner Bank as a residential loan officer in the Medford area. She was previously a branch manager with Bank of the Cascades and Wells Fargo Bank. Prior to that, she was a personal banker with U.S. Bank.
