Local racer Mike Molea recently won back-to-back AA/Supercharged drag racing events.
His first win was in Mission, Canada. He downed Brent Harris in the final event and cruised to victory.
At the Woodburn Drag Strip, Molea took advantage of an oil leak from Joel Matton's Chrysler Hemi in the finals and took the crown.
Jesse Lowder scored his first hole-in-one on Aug. 10 on the seventh hole at Stewart Meadows Golf Course.
He used a 7-iron to knock in the 141-yard shot.
