Jackson County reports record 84 COVID-19 cases
Jackson County Public Health reported 84 new COVID-19 cases Friday, another a daily record.
Jackson County has seen 2,198 COVID-19 cases since the pandemic began.
The previous daily record of 70 confirmed cases came Nov. 3.
"We are in this together. Your actions affect all of us, whether you see it or not, and frankly, whether you believe it or not. Please wear a mask. Please keep your distance. Please avoid indoor gatherings. Let’s do our part to keep our loved ones, our neighbors, and ourselves, safe,” Jackson County Medical Director Dr. Jim Shames said in a press release.
