The Veterans Affairs Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics in White City is offering COVID-19 shots to all veterans, their spouses, caregivers of veterans, surviving spouses of veterans and recipients of Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA) benefits.

The shots are available from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, and Tuesday, April 27.

To schedule an appointment, call 541-826-2111, ext. 4440, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. SORCC cannot accept walk-ins who didn’t make an appointment.

SORCC is located at 8495 Crater Lake Highway in White City. Everyone on campus must wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth.

SORCC is providing the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Veterans who are not already enrolled with SORCC can visit southernoregon.va.gov to print out and fill in a COVID-19 vaccination worksheet to bring to their appointment. Forms are available at SORCC for people who cannot print out the form.

Veterans Affairs is asking SORCC-enrolled veterans who have already been vaccinated in the community to let SORCC know. Take a picture of your COVID-19 vaccination card and send it to your care team via MyHealtheVet, or stop by your nearest Veterans Affairs clinic and ask to have your vaccination card scanned and added to your medical records.
