Felony arrests

  • Drugs — Kathryn Richelle Dahl, 22, of the 2500 block of Fontaine Circle, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Dahl on two counts of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Justin Scott Miller, 24, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Miller on charges of second-degree theft, possession of methamphetamine, writing bad checks and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Ryan Douglas White, 25, no known address. White appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Warrant — Kenneth Ray Madwell, 36, of Woodburn. An Oregon State Police trooper Thursday arrested Madwell on two out-of-county-warrants charging him with first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.
  • Criminal mischief — Eli John Russell, 35, of the 900 block of South Ivy Street, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Russell on charges of disorderly conduct and first-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $5,000 bail.
  • Sex offender — Justyn Dale Nicks, 21, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Nicks on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $5,000 bail.
  • u Kidnapping, strangulation, coercion — Dustin Michael McGeehan, 20, no known address. Medford police March 11 arrested McGeehan on charges of fourth-degree assault, strangulation, second-degree kidnapping, menacing and coercion. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $250,000 bail.
  • Burglary — Kevin Anthony Reyes, 21, of Eugene. Medford police March 11 arrested Reyes on charges of second-degree burglary, four counts of third-degree theft, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and attempted unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail on $50,000 bail.
  • Sex offender — Brian David Holmes, 35, of the 1000 block of Court Street, Medford. Medford police March 12 arrested Holmes on two counts of failure to register as a sex offender. He was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail.
  • Drugs — John Ray Bransitter, 37, of Grand Junction, Colo. Central Point police March 12 arrested Bransitter on charges of possession of cocaine, giving false information to police and a fugitive warrant out of Colorado. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Vehicle theft — Cindy Ann Titus, 45, no known address. An Oregon State Police trooper March 12 arrested Titus on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and giving false information to police. She was lodged in jail on $50,000 bail.
  • Burglary — Jason Poston, 32, no known address. Ashland police March 7 arrested Poston on charges of first-degree burglary, third-degree theft, two counts of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail on $30,000 bail.
  • Warrant — Nicholas Trautman, 27, of the 600 block of Oak Street, Ashland. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy March 13 arrested Trautman on warrants charging him with first-degree burglary and first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail on $30,000 bail.
  • Burglary, theft — Kyle Daniel Fenn, 18, of the 2300 block of Highway 62, Trail. Eagle Point police March 13 arrested Fenn on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree theft, four counts of second-degree theft, six counts of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and third-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail on $45,000 bail.
  • Rape, sodomy, sex abuse — Joseph Barnett Parker, 64, of the 2300 block of Windermere Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Parker March 13 on two counts of second-degree rape, two counts of third-degree rape, two counts of second-degree sodomy, two counts of third-degree sodomy and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail on $500,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Brent Erin Wheelwright, 43, no known address. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy March 14 arrested Wheelwright on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.

    Updated February 2013: In March 2008, Wheelwright pleaded guilty to an attempted second-degree theft charge filed as part of the same case, and the drug charge was dismissed.

  • Drugs — Penie Annette Manning, 44, of the 3700 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. A sheriff's deputy March 14 arrested Manning on charges of possession and delivery of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.
  • Burglary — Justin Carl Hunsley, 23, of the 300 block of Red Blanket Road, Prospect. A sheriff's deputy March 15 arrested Hunsley on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Lon Trevor Hunsinger, 34, of the 1300 block of Kings Highway, Medford. Medford police March 15 arrested Hunsinger on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Mistreatment — Beau Joseph Hearn, 43, of the 100 block of Morse Avenue, Ashland. Ashland police March 15 arrested Hearn on two counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment, two counts of second-degree criminal mischief, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and two counts of criminal nonsupport. He was lodged in jail and released after posting bail.
  • Mistreatment — Anne Katherine Slack, 34, of the 100 block of Morse Avenue, Ashland. Ashland police March 15 arrested Hearn on two counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment, two counts of second-degree criminal mischief, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and two counts of criminal nonsupport. She was lodged in jail and released after posting bail.
  • Warrant — James Robert West, 28, of Everett, Wash. A sheriff's deputy March 15 arrested West on a warrant charging him with possession of methamphetamine and four counts of failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail on $20,000 bail.
  • Identity theft, warrant — Dustin Bruce McFarland, 31, of the 900 block of Skylark Lane, Grants Pass. A sheriff's deputy March 15 arrested McFarland on three counts of identity theft, two counts of second-degree theft, five warrants charging him with failure to appear in court, four warrants charging him with identity theft and four warrants charging him with second-degree forgery. He was lodged in jail on $150,000 bail.
  • Assault — Elsa Valdovinos-Castillo, 27, of the 2300 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police March 15 arrested Valdovinos-Castillo on two counts of third-degree assault and suspicion of being in the country illegally. She was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs, theft — Elizabeth Ellen Fox, 21, of the 500 block of Benson Street, Medford. Medford police March 15 arrested Fox on charges of possession of methamphetamine, first-degree theft and three out-of-county warrants. She was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Cameron Anderson, 22, no known address. An Oregon State Police trooper March 15 arrested Anderson on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Randall William Day, 24, of Yreka, Calif. An Oregon State Police trooper March 15 arrested Day on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.
  • Assault — Michael Anthony Lydon, 40, of the 200 block of Rapp Road, Talent. Ashland police March 15 arrested Lydon on charges of resisting arrest, felony assault on a police officer, second-degree escape and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail on $50,000 bail.
  • Drugs, theft — Darrell Wayne May, 38, of the 500 block of Benson Street, Medford. Medford police March 15 arrested May on charges of possession, manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine, first-degree theft and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Ermina Gaylynn Skattebo, 29, of the 300 block of Cabbage Lane, Phoenix. Phoenix police March 15 arrested Skattebo on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation. She was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Carly Ann Black, 18, of the 1300 block of Evan Lane, Ashland. Rogue River police March 16 arrested Black on two counts of possession of cocaine. She was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail.

Medford police March 16 arrested Thomasson on a warrant charging him with first-degree burglary, menacing, disorderly conduct, two counts of resisting arrest and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail on $20,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Luis Raymond Villa, 25, of the 6900 block of Pico Road, White City. A sheriff's deputy March 16 arrested Villa on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.

  • Drugs — Corey Dean Malotte, 24, no known address. Central Point police March 19 arrested Malotte on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.

  • Drugs — David Ray Hoy, 27, of the 5200 block of Gebhard Road, Central Point. Medford police March 20 arrested Hoy on charges of possession of methamphetamine, driving with a suspended license and three probation violations. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Zachery Franklin Glanza, 18, of the 400 block of West Fourth Street, Medford. Glanza appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of hallucinogens. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.

  • Theft — Erin Marie Jimenez, 36, of the 1700 block of Howell Street, Medford. Jimenez appeared Wednesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance.
