Felony arrests

  • Drugs, weapon — Steven Thomas Brocksome, 56, of the 800 block of North Central Avenue, Medford. Brocksome appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine and two counts of being a felon in possession of a weapon. He was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Drugs — Danny Wayne Cowdrey, 53, of the 11400 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. Cowdrey appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Tampering — Melissa Ann Budreau, 33, of the 1900 block of Alcan Drive, Medford. Budreau appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with eight counts of tampering with drug records. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance.
  • Drugs — Shepherd Navarro Lappas, 37, of Coos Bay. Lappas appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Drugs — Carol Lynn Lunt, 36, of the first block of Brophy Way, Shady Cove. Lunt appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession, manufacture and delivery of marijuana. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance.
  • Drugs — Russell Lynn Patterson, 51, of the 20400 block of Highway 62, Shady Cove. Patterson appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession, manufacture and delivery of marijuana. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Vehicle theft — Jeremy Aaron Drake, 31, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Drake on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal mischief, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree theft and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Warrant — Sandy Frank Williams, 30, of the 700 block of Jacquelyn Street, Ashland. Ashland police Tuesday arrested Williams on warrants charging him with giving false information to police and warrants charging him with first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail on $42,000 bail.
  • Theft, identity theft, forgery — Cassandra Fawn Arnspiger, 27, of the 100 block of Train Lane, Shady Cove. Medford police Tuesday on first-degree theft, first-degree forgery, two counts of second-degree forgery, resisting arrest and warrants charging her with identity theft, second-degree possession of a forged instrument, second-degree theft, first-degree theft and failure to appear in court. She was lodged in jail on $248,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Nicole Deanna Parker, 26, of the first block of Peach Street, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Parker on charges of possession of methamphetamine and warrants charging her with failure to appear in court and a parole violation. She was lodged in jail on $50,000 bail.
  • Aggravated theft, mistreatment — Van Robert Gruenhagen, 53, of the 200 block of Dan Avenue, Medford. Gruenhagen appeared Wednesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree aggravated theft and first-degree criminal mistreatment. He was booked into jail and released after posting bail.
  • Aggravated theft, mistreatment — Tamara Lynn Gruenhagen, 42, of the 200 block of Dan Avenue, Medford. Gruenhagen appeared Wednesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with first-degree aggravated theft and first-degree criminal mistreatment. She was booked into jail and released after posting bail.
