Felony arrests

• Drugs — Hal Wayne Moore, 40, of the 1100 block of South West Fifth Street, Grants Pass. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Friday arrested Moore on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $10,000 bail.
• Vehicle theft — Ryan Lee Fox, 19, no known address. An Oregon State Police trooper Saturday arrested Fox on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and two probation violations. He was lodged in jail without bail.
