Felony arrests

  • Drugs — Jimmy Lee Dwight Swift, 31, of the 2400 block of Kings Highway, Medford. Phoenix police Tuesday arrested Swift on charges of delivery of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine near a school and a parole violation. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Sabrina Kaye Lindsey, 28, of the 2100 block of Northwest Heidi Lane, Grants Pass. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Thursday arrested Lindsey on charges of delivery of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and delivery of methamphetamine near a school. She was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Jonathan Anthony Kinsella, 35, of the 900 block of Pendelton Drive, Medford. Jackson County Narcotics Enforcement Team officers Tuesday arrested Kinsella on charges of delivery of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and delivery of methamphetamine near a school. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Theft — Gary John Nork, 36, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Nork on charges of first-degree theft, third-degree theft and resisting arrest. He was lodged in jail on $28,000 bail.
  • Assault — Donald Kenji Valentine, 30, of the 2800 block of Cedar Links Drive, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Valentine on charges of fourth-degree felony assault, fourth-degree assault and reckless endangering. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Criminal mischief — Lora Lynn Scissons, 46, of the 700 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Scissons on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree trespassing and giving false information to police. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance.
  • Sex abuse — Adam Christopher Mealey, 26, of the 2300 block of Bell Court, Medford. Eagle Point police Friday arrested Mealey on three counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail on $3 million bail.
  • Identity theft, tampering — Nicole Robustelli, 31, of the 2300 block of Derry Court, Medford. Robustelli appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with identity theft and tampering with drug records. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance.
  • Identity theft, theft — Tommie Elizabeth Dewett, 56, of the 100 block of Reese Creek Road, Eagle Point. Dewett appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with two counts of identity theft, two counts of first-degree forgery, two counts of first-degree theft and second-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance.
  • Identity theft, forgery, theft — Amy Nicole Thompson-Kauwe, 22, of the 2200 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Thompson-Kauwe appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with identity theft, first-degree forgery and first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance.
  • Hindering — Polly Barbara May, 40, of the 2600 block of Samoan Way, Medford. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Friday arrested May on a charge of hindering prosecution. He was lodged in jail and released after posting bail.
  • Drugs — Stephane Rae Nielsen, 31, of the 3500 block of Avenue H, White City. A sheriff's deputy Friday arrested Nielsen on charges of possession of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine near a school, first-degree child neglect and endangering a minor. She was lodged in jail on $49,000 bail.
