Felony arrests

• Assault — Keith Ryan Ettinger, 28, of the 1500 block of Jasmine Avenue, Medford. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Friday arrested Ettinger on charges of fourth-degree felony assault, fourth-degree assault and two counts of harassment. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $15,000 bail.
• Burglary — John James Alner, 39, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Alner on charges of first-degree burglary, harassment and violating a stalking order. He was lodged in jail on $28,000 bail.
