Felony arrests

  • Sex offender — Jamal Raymon Driscoll, 36, of Clintontown, Mich. Medford police added a charge of failure to register as a sex offender against Driscoll. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
  • Burglary, assault — Dustin Joseph Mack, 19, of the 300 block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Mack on charges of first-degree burglary, third-degree assault, conspiracy to commit third-degree assault and conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary. He was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Assault — Roell Lozano, 44, of the 500 block of Experiment Station Road, Medford. Shady Cove police Wednesday arrested Lozano on charges of fourth-degree felony assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail on $6,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Alfredo Palomino Garcia, 24, of the 3200 block of Antelope Road, White City. Garcia appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with delivery of methamphetamine, manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, first-degree child neglect and endangering the welfare of a minor. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Drugs — James David Green, 26, of the 8900 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Green appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Drugs — Timothy Alan Strawn, 42, of the 300 block of Orr Drive, Central Point. An Oregon State Police trooper Thursday arrested Strawn on charges of delivery of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.

  • Vehicle theft — 600 block of Park Avenue, Medford. Medford police Thursday took a report in which a 1990 Honda Accord was stolen. The car, which was valued at $3,000, was later recovered.
  • Vehicle theft — 1600 block of Whitman Avenue, Medford. Medford police Thursday took a report in which a 1991 Toyota Camry was stolen. The vehicle was valued at $2,500.
  • Vandalism — 3400 block of Whitman Avenue, Medford. Medford police Thursday took a report in which two vacant buildings were vandalized. The damage was valued at $10,000.
  • Vehicle theft — First block of South Peach Street, Medford. Medford police Wednesday took a report in which a 1992 Honda Accord was stolen. The vehicle, which was valued at $3,000, was later recovered.
  • Theft — 1800 block of Windward Drive, Medford. Medford police Wednesday took a report in which copper wire from new homes was stolen. The loss was valued at $1,000.
