Felony arrests

• Drugs — Steven William Chestine, 53, of the 300 block of Stewart Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Chestine on charges of possession of methamphetamine and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was released Monday on his own recognizance.
• Drugs — Amy Lynn Rikard, 21, of the 600 block of Rogue River Highway, Gold Hill. Rikard made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was booked Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released.

Crime reports

• Theft — 500 block of South Oakdale Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 1:52 p.m. of the theft of $51,000.
• Theft — 5500 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 7:51 a.m. Monday of the theft of $900 worth of services from a business.
