Felony arrests

  • Tampering — Jessica Denise Percival, 20, of Portland. Medford police Tuesday arrested Percival on charges of tampering with drug records, giving false information to police and three counts of failure to appear in court. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $225,000 bail.
  • Assault — James Anthony Radonski, 38, of the 500 block of Ridgeway Circle, Central Point. Medford police Tuesday arrested Radonski on charges of second-degree assault, first-degree intimidation and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail on more than $1 million bail.
  • Vehicle theft — Brandon John Miller, 24, no known address. Ashland police Tuesday arrested Miller on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police in a vehicle and reckless driving. He was lodged in jail on $23,000 bail.
  • Vehicle theft — Damien Vladimir Molina, 18, no known address. Ashland police Tuesday arrested Molina on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and giving false information to police. He was lodged in jail without bail.
