Felony arrests

  • Forgery — Luis Armando Ochoa-Ibarra, 18, of Sunnyside, Wash. Medford police Monday arrested Ochoa-Ibarra on charges of first-degree possession of a forged instrument, third-degree theft and second-degree trespassing. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she was being held Monday without bail while her immigration status is reviewed.
  • Forgery — Raul Martinez-Suarez, 19, of Yakima, Wash. Oregon State Police troopers Monday arrested Martinez-Suarez on two counts of possession of a forged instrument. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held without bail while his immigration status is reviewed.
  • Identity theft — Jason Lawrence Wyncoop, 35, of the 1700 block of Spring Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Wyncoop on charges of aggravated identity theft and two counts each of first-degree theft, computer crime and falsifying business records. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday on $38,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Courtney Christina Davis, 30, of the 400 block of Northeast Silverwood Place, Grants Pass. Oregon State Police troopers Monday arrested Davis on an out-of-county warrant for possession of methamphetamine and five counts of contempt for violating a non-contact order. She was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail on $35,000 bail.
