Felony arrests

  • Theft — Tiffany Danielle Darcy, 26, of the 2200 block of South Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police Wednesday added a charge of first-degree theft against Darcy. She remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $5,000 bail.
  • Theft — Jonny Paul Herron, 23, of the 700 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police Wednesday added two counts of first-degree theft against Herron. He remained lodged in jail on $10,000 bail.
  • Drugs — John Stephen Mitchell, 49, of the 100 block of Fern Valley Road, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Mitchell on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of synthetic drugs, possession of hallucinogens, driving while suspended, delivery of methamphetamine, distribution of hallucinogens, distribution of synthetic drugs and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Assault — Jonathan Coleman, 30, no known address. Ashland police Thursday arrested Coleman on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, strangulation, harassment and second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail on $100,000 bail.
  • Burglary — Kenneth Justin Brown, 23, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Brown on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest. He was lodged in jail on $17,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Kimberly Ann Alford, 30, of the 2900 block of Juanipero Way, Medford. Alford appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of marijuana. She was booked into jail and released.
  • Assault — Tasha Rianne Evenson, 29, of the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Evenson appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with third-degree assault and fourth-degree assault. She was booked into jail and released.
  • Theft, identity theft — Virgil Allen Ray, 46, of Hood River. Ray appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft and identity theft. He was booked into jail and released.
  • Drugs — Leanne Danette Moore, 48, of the 2000 block of Campus Drive, Medford. Moore appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into jail and released.
  • Drugs — Thomas Scott White, 41, of the 500 block of Hemlock Avenue, Central Point. White appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with manufacture of marijuana, distribution of marijuana and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was booked into jail and released.
  • Drugs — Bree Ann Gramlich, 19, of the 3700 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Gramlich appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of marijuana. She was booked into jail and released.
  • Robbery, drugs — Trent Leo Walkup, 23, of the 500 block of Effie Street, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Walkup on charges of second-degree robbery, possession of methamphetamine, theft of services, two counts of third-degree theft, menacing, two counts of failure to appear in court and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Bradley Lewis Maerz, 24, no known address. Central Point police Thursday arrested Maerz on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.

  • Drugs — Juenal Adan Vega, 26, of the 1700 block of Louise Avenue, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Vega on charges of possession of heroin, manufacture of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Mitchell Thomas Maloney, 20, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Maloney on charges of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree disorderly conduct, interfering with police, failure to appear in court and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail on $20,000 bail.

  • Assault — Arthur Stevens Durone, 48, of the 100 block of Windsor Way, Central Point. Central Point police Friday arrested Durone on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, strangulation and harassment. He was lodged in jail and released after posting bail.
  • Drugs — Ronald Wayne Peoples, 32, of the 400 block of East 12th Street, Medford. Peoples appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of marijuana. He was booked into jail and released.
  • Drugs — Marilyn Carlos Rivera, 51, of Stockton, Calif. Oregon State Police Friday arrested Rivera on two counts of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.
  • Drugs — Linda Renee Ovens, 47, of the 300 block of Maple Street, Central Point. Central Point police Friday arrested Ovens on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail on $20,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Michael Stanley Russell, 52, of the 300 block of Maple Street, Central Point. Central Point police Friday arrested Russell on charges of possession of methamphetamine and distribution of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail.

A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Friday arrested Faber on charges of second-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree theft, distribution of marijuana near a school, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and a probation violation.
