Felony arrests

  • Burglary — Stephen Bradley Price, 26, no known address. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Wednesday added charges of first-degree burglary and two counts of first-degree theft against Price. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $30,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Melissa Louise Manring, 27, of the 100 block of Third Street, Talent. A sheriff's deputy Wednesday arrested Manring on charges of possession of synthetic drugs and a probation violation. She was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Navira Eleanor Smith, 31, of the 300 block of West Pine Street, Central Point. A sheriff's deputy Wednesday arrested Smith on charges of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree trespassing and resisting arrest. She was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Destin Michael Kinney, 18, no known address. A sheriff's deputy Thursday arrested Kinney on a charge of possession of synthetic drugs. He was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.
  • Drugs — Uziel Surizaday Dimas-Torres, 30, of Mountlake Terrace, Wash. Oregon State Police Thursday arrested Dimas-Torres on charges of distribution of heroin, manufacture of heroin, possession of heroin. In addition, Immigration and Customs Enforcement charged him with suspicion of being in the country illegally. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Assault — Tedrow Toe Vaeono, 25, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Vaeono on a charge of second-degree assault. He was lodged in jail on $1 million bail.
  • Drugs — Michael James Kinler, 33, no known address. A sheriff's deputy Thursday arrested Kinler on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.
  • Burglary — Michael Jonathan Wearley, 24, no known address. A sheriff's deputy Friday added charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree trespassing, theft of services and third-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail on $24,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Nicholas Ryan Long, 26, of the 1200 block of North Second Avenue, Gold Hill. A sheriff's deputy Thursday arrested Long on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Dennis William Mock, 48, no known address. A sheriff's deputy Friday arrested Mock on charges of possession of methamphetamine, a probation violation and three out-of-county warrants. He was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.
  • Vehicle theft, drugs — Frank Eugene Stegman, 49, of the 600 block of North Third Street, Central Point. A sheriff's deputy Friday arrested Stegman on charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, possession of hallucinogens, reckless driving and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Daniel Ray Brown, 53, of the 12000 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. Brown appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with two counts of possession of synthetic drugs. He was booked into jail and released.
  • Drugs — Dale Edward Clark, 42, of the 100 block of West Pine Street, Central Point. Clark appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree theft and second-degree trespassing. He was booked into jail and released.
  • Drugs — Ellen Mae Sinclair, 29, no known address. Sinclair appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Bryan Alfred Pierce, 27, of the 500 block of the 500 block of Frankquette Street, Medford. Pierce appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with distribution of methamphetamine, manufacture of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released.
  • Theft — Joshua Ray Reyes, 36, of the 2100 block of Fruitdale Drive, Grants Pass. Medford police Friday arrested Reyes on charges of first-degree burglary, three counts of first-degree theft, possession of methamphetamine and four counts of failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail on $49,000 bail.
