Felony arrests

  • Drugs — Jamie Elizabeth Graffis, 28, of the 1900 block of Redbud Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Graffis Sunday on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin and possession of methadone. She was booked into jail and released because of overcrowding.
  • Drugs — Amber Eileen Nordlander, 25, of the 20 block of Hamilton Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Nordlander Sunday on charges of possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into jail and released because of overcrowding.
  • Suspended license, drugs — Stephen Wesley Castleberry, 61, of the 2900 block of Merriman Road, Medford. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy arrested Castleberry Sunday on charges of driving while suspended and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Robert Charles Hampton, 27, of the 300 block of Hamilton Street, Medford. Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement officers arrested Hampton Sunday on charges of two counts of delivering heroin, two counts of manufacturing heroin, two counts of possession of heroin, two counts of possession of methamphetamine and delivery of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail on $620,000 bail.
  • Assault, DUII — Shakira Ashton Adams, 22, of the 700 block of Spring Street, Medford. Ashland police arrested Adams on charges of fourth-degree assault, harassment and driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was lodged in jail and released after posting bail.
  • Drugs, weapons — Jeremy Jay Bartlett, 38, of the 450 block of Earhart Road, Rogue River. Central Point police arrested Bartlett Sunday on charges of possession of methamphetamine, being a felon in possession of a concealed firearm and two counts of being a felon in possession of a weapon. He was lodged in jail on $23,000 bail.
  • u Assault — Douglas Paul Christlieb, 54, of 6200 block of Kentucky Drive, Central Point. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy arrested Christlieb Sunday on charges of two counts of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail on $13,000 bail.

    Theft — James Paul Byrne, 26, no known address. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy arrested Byrne Sunday on charges of first- and second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail on $9,000 bail.
