Felony arrests

Drugs — Ryan Micheal McKeever, 25, of the 900 block of Mindy Sue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested McKeever on charges of possession of methamphetamine and for failing to appear on two previous theft charges. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Robbery — Quinn Steven Raber, 24, no known address. Ashland police Monday arrested Raber on charges of second-degree robbery, second-degree kidnapping, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, interfering with a police report, harassment and second-degree criminal mischief. He as lodged Monday in jail on more than $2 million bail.

Robbery — Hans Ian Kengle, 32, of the 2200 block of Franks Hill Road, Ashland. Ashland police Monday arrested Kengle on charges of second-degree robbery, second-degree kidnapping, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and coercion. He as lodged Monday in jail on more than $2 million bail.

Drugs — Christopher Gerald Reynolds, 40, of Reno, Nev. Oregon State Police troopers Monday arrested Reynolds on charges of delivery of marijuana and possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Jason Ray Morgan, 26, of the 500 block of Southeast Riverside Avenue, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Sunday arrested Morgan on warrants charging him with possession of methamphetamine and oxycodone, contempt and for failing to appear on assault, robbery, burglary and weapons charges. He as lodged Monday in jail on more than $1 million bail.

Identity theft — Angela Leigh Threlkeld, 37, of the 1600 block of South Ivy Circle, Medford. Medford police Monday added charges of identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and second-degree theft to Threlkeld. She remained lodged Monday in jail on $120,000 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 800 block of South Oakdale Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 1:42 p.m. Monday of the theft of a Sony camera. The loss was valued at $1,148.
