Felony arrests

Theft — Bryan Anthony Rahn, 30, no known address. Medford police Wednesday arrested Rahn on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree theft, carrying a concealed weapon, being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon, providing false information to police and a parole violation for possession of heroin. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Theft — Antonio Milton Martinez, 48, 800 block of Oak Street, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Martinez on charges of first-degree theft and third-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Drugs — Monica Jean Snow, 33, of Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Thursday arrested Snow on two counts of delivery of marijuana to a minor. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance.

Theft — Lindsey Anne Gilliland, 24, of the 200 block of Cheryl Lane, Phoenix. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Thursday arrested Gilliland on a charge of first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. 

Drugs — Matthew Harland Jacobson, 29, of the 1100 block of Old Stage Road, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Thursday arrested Jacobson on charges of manufacture of heroin, three counts of possession of heroin, three counts of delivery of heroin and being a felon in possession of a weapon. He was lodged in the jail on $115,000 bail. 

Drugs — Nicolas Reece Jacobson, 29, no known address. Jacobson Thursday had his first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of manufacture of heroin, four counts of delivery of heroin, four counts of possession of heroin, being a felon in possession of a weapon, failure to appear on a charge of identity theft, an out-of-county warrant for failure to appear on a charge of delivery of heroin, an out-of-county warrant for failure to appear on a charge of possession of heroin and an out-of-county warrant for failure to appear on a charge of identity theft. He was lodged in the jail on $165,000 bail.

Drugs, vehicle theft — Walter Adam Nitowski, 53, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Nitowski on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of methamphetamine and possession of hydrocodone. He was lodged in jail on $55,000 bail.

Crime reports

Burglary — 600 block of J Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday of a burglary to a residence during which a white gold wedding ring set, a yellow gold ruby flower-shaped ring with small diamonds, a yellow gold ring with a lavender stone, a fine yellow gold chain necklace with a small locket and a fine silver chain necklace with a heart-shaped pendant were taken. The loss was valued at $1,070.
