Felony arrests

Mail theft — Jarrod Edward Garwood, 32, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Garwood on two counts of felony mail theft. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail on $50,000 bail.

Drugs — Markayla Antoinette Cotton, 20, of the 900 block of Broad Street, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Cotton on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana. She was lodged Monday in jail without bail.

Drugs — Kellie Duste, 34, of the 500 block of Valley Oak Boulevard, Central Point. Central Point police Sunday arrested Duste on out-of-county warrants charging her with manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine. She was lodged Sunday in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Guillermo Ishtar Guitron III, 22, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Guitron on charges of possession of methamphetamine and for failing to appear on three other drug charges. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.

Drugs — Wesley Dale Boyd, 28, of the 1000 block of Peachwood Court, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Boyd on charges of possession of methamphetamine and driving while suspended. He was lodged Monday in jail on $30,000 bail.

Burglary — Casey Christopher Dale, 32, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Dale on three counts of first-degree theft and one count each of second-degree burglary and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged Monday in jail on $79,000 bail.

Drugs — Gabrielle Kattie Kliebenstein, 24, of the 100 block of Houston Road, Phoenix. Medford police Monday arrested Kliebenstein on charges of possession of heroin and methamphetamine. She was lodged Monday in jail and released without bail.

Crime reports

Vandalism — 900 block of Phoenix Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 4:49 a.m. Sunday of vandalism to a glass front door. The loss was valued at $1,000.

Theft — 1400 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report at 10:23 a.m. Sunday of the theft of two mountain bikes. The loss was valued at $2,000.
