Felony arrest

Drugs — William Tye Middlekauff, 26, of the 100 block of Fern Valley Road, Pheonix. Medford police Tuesday arrested Middlekauff on charges of possession of methamphetamine and felon in possession of a weapon. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Assault — Juan Carlos Nunez-Vega, 23, of the 200 block of South Pacific Highway, Talent. Medford police Wednesday arrested Nunez-Vega on two counts of felony fourth-degree assault, misdemeanor fourth-degree assault, harassment and failure to appear on a charge of delivery of methamphetamine. He was lodged in the jail on $20,000 bail.

Drugs — Bradley Thomas Henriksen, 22, of the 1300 block of Dutton Road, Eagle Point. Central Point police Wednesday arrested Henriksen on a charge of possession of heroin. He was lodged in the jail without bail.

Drugs, weapons — Michael Ray Provencio, 32, of the 700 block of Highland Drive, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Provencio on charges of possession of heroin, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and a parole violation for third-degree assault. He was lodged in the jail without bail.

Hit-and-run — David Andrew Blanco, 25, of the 10200 block of West Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Thursday arrested Blanco on charges of hit-and-run resulting in injury, fourth-degree assault, reckless endangerment and second-degree criminal mischief. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Jorge Elisandro Lopez, 19, of the 1500 block of Meadows Lane. Medford police Thursday arrested Lopez on a charge of possession of heroin and two counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument. He was lodged in the jail.

Assault — Ralph Rodriguez, 46, no known address. Phoenix police Thursday arrested Rodriguez on a charge of third-degree assault. He was lodged in the jail on $25,000 bail.
