Felony arrests

Drugs — Michael Shane Brown, 30, of the 2600 block of Hillcrest Road, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Brown on a charge of delivery of marijuana to a minor. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Susan Anne Medcalf, 46, of the first block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Medcalf Tuesday made her first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Donella Debora Dorothy Ellis, 39, of the 200 block of De Barr Avenue, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Ellis on charges of possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation for identity theft. She was lodged in the jail without bail.

Drugs — James Ray Hall, 24, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Hall on two counts of possession of methamphetamine and a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. He was lodged in the jail without bail.

Vehicle theft — Cleatus William Bigelow, 24, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies and Medford police Tuesday arrested Bigelow on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, reckless endangering, a probation violation for second-degree burglary and contempt of court. He was lodged in the jail without bail.

Assault — Dean William Blunt, 27, of the 200 block of South Second Street. Central Point police Tuesday arrested Blunt on a charge of third-degree assault. He was lodged in the jail on $25,000 bail.

Drugs — Harold Ray Amos, 36, of Kentucky. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Tuesday arrested Amos on warrants charging possession of methamphetamine, fourth-degree assault, harassment and failure to appear on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged in the jail on $24,000 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 4500 block of Wolf Run Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report at 3:55 p.m. Monday of a theft during which four bicycles were taken. The loss was valued at $1,412.
