Felony arrests

Criminal mistreatment — Brenda Jean Tyler, 48, of the 900 block of Summit Avenue, Medford. Tyler made her initial appearance Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on three counts of criminal mistreatment, two counts of aggravated first-degree theft and one count of first-degree theft. She was booked Thursday into the Jackson County Jail and released.

Criminal mistreatment — John Cy Tyler, 59, of the 900 block of Summit Avenue, Medford. Tyler made his initial appearances Thursday in Circuit Court on a charge of first-degree criminal mistreatment. He was booked Thursday in jail and released.

Drugs — Jessy Thomas Castaneda, 24, of the 8300 block of Blackwell Road, Central Point. Castaneda made his initial appearance Thursday in Circuit Court on charge of manufacturing, possession and delivery of heroin. He was booked Thursday in jail and released.

Sex-offender registration — Ronald Eugene Keyser, 52, no known address. Oregon State Police on Thursday arrested Keyser on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender and for furnishing false information to police. He was lodged Thursday in jail on $9,000 bail.

Theft — Josh Tipton Poff, 22, of the first block of Eastwood Drive, Medford. Poff made his initial appearance Thursday in Circuit Court on charges of first-degree theft, resisting arrest, first-degree and second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was booked Thursday in jail and released.

Vehicle theft — Jordan Ladon Wallace, 23, of the 1700 block of Tanglewood Lane, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Wallace on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged Thursday in jail without bail for violating the conditions of his probation on a previous drug conviction.

Assault — Skylar Andrew Barge, 26, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Thursday arrested Barge on charges of assault on a police officer, interfering with a police report, third-degree criminal mischief and for violating the conditions of his parole on a witness-tampering conviction. He was lodged Thursday in jail without bail.

Burglary — Olivia Rene Ramos-Vance, 18, of the 2600 block of Falcon Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Thursday arrested Ramos-Vance on charges of first-degree burglary, harassment and third-degree theft. She was lodged Thursday in jail and released.
