Three arrested in MADGE raid

Investigators from the Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement team arrested three people Thursday morning after the search of a residence in an unincorporated area of Medford turned up evidence of drug sales.

According to a Medford Police Department news release, MADGE investigators and Medford police officers found more than 2 ounces of methamphetamine, along with scales, packaging and drug sale records, in a home in the 100 block of Northridge Terrace, between Medford and Phoenix off South Pacific Highway.

Jordan Paul Murphy, 65, was arrested on charges of unlawful manufacture, delivery and possession of methamphetamine. Police also arrested Alex Kool Harrington, 32, for failure to appear on charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief and Jessica Lea Anderson, 34, on a probation violation and for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Murphy is being held in the Jackson County Jail on more than $1 million bail, while Harrington and Anderson's bail amounts are set at $5,000 and $8,000, respectively.
