Felony arrests

Drugs — Shane Connor McArdle, 21, of the 1300 block of Brentcrest Drive, Medford. Ashland police Thursday arrested McArdle on felony charges of first-degree burglary and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft and for failure to appear on charges of third-degree theft, interfering with a police officer and providing false information to police. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Assault — Daren Shane Buck, 37, of the 500 block of Laurel Street, Eagle Point. Jacksonville police Thursday arrested Buck on a felony charge of second-degree assault. He was lodged in the jail on $500,000 bail.

Drugs — Eric Lee Stockton, 33, of the 7700 block of Harlan Drive, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Thursday arrested Stockton on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of harassment and a contempt charge. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Sex offender — Charlie Hamilton Charlton Jr., 50, of the 400 block of West Clark Street, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Charlton on a felony charge of failure to register his address as a sex offender, a parole violation on an original charge of first-degree sexual abuse and for failure to appear on two counts of driving while suspended. He was lodged in the jail without bail.

Drugs — Todd Dewayne Kenyon, 51, of the Shasta City, Calif. Kenyon Friday made his first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Assault — Kyle John O'Connor, 23, of the 500 block of North Fifth Avenue, Gold Hill. O'Connor Friday made his first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of third-degree assault and misdemeanor charges of DUII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Theft — Anna Marie Walker, 55, of Grants Pass. Walker Friday made her first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance.

Theft — Thomas Lee Parks, 39, of the 200 block of South Second Street, Central Point. Parks Friday made his first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on two felony counts of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Theft — Shaylee Marie McFall, 18, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Friday arrested McFall on four felony counts of first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Robert William Alexander III, 32, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Alexander on two felony counts of possession of heroin. He was lodged in the jail on $50,000 bail.
