Felony Arrests

Drugs — Ashley Renne Scott, 28, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Scott on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine and for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal mischief, two counts of fourth-degree assault, reckless driving and hit-and-run. She was lodged in the jail on $34,000 bail.

Forgery — Ryan Stewart Lausman, 26, of the 600 block of Midway Road, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Lausman on a felony charge of first-degree forgery. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Izabella Julia St. Claire, 19, of the 2400 block of East McAndrews Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Saturday arrested St. Claire on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Justin John Paul Sieckman, 34, no known address. Oregon State Police Saturday arrested Sieckman on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and attempt to elude by vehicle. He was lodged in the jail on $18,000 bail.

Drugs — Jonathan Joseph Klimko-Davis, 29, of the 600 block of Dakota Avenue, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Klimko-Davis on a felony charge of possession of heroin and a parole violation on a charge of first-degree burglary. He was lodged in the jail on $25,000 bail.

Drugs — Christopher John Kilbury, 24, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Kilbury on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree criminal trespass and a parole violation for a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in the jail without bail.
