Felony arrests

Drugs — Shane Michael Stancliff, 26, of the 5200 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Rogue River police Wednesday arrested Stancliff on felony charges of distribution and possession of heroin, and misdemeanor charges of unlawful possession of a concealed firearm and possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance. He was lodged Wednesday in the Jackson County Jail on $88,000 bail.

Theft — Christopher Paul Devine, 39, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Devine on a felony charge of first-degree theft, parole violation on a methamphetamine charge and three failure to appear warrants for charges of robbery and methamphetamine possession. He was lodged Thursday in the jail without bail.

Drugs — Danielle Cassidy Stanford, 38, of the 2700 block of Ruth Drive, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Stanford on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and parole violation on a previous charge of manufacturing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school. She was lodged Thursday in jail without bail.

Court Appearance — Donald Allan Haley, 36, of the 2000 block of Rogue River Highway, Grants Pass. On Thursday, Haley made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Aggravated Identity Theft — Mallory Michelle Tierney, 30, of the 2900 block of SW Ravenwood Drive, Grants Pass. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies Thursday arrested Tierney on felony charges of first-degree criminal mistreatment, seven counts of aggravated identity theft, seven counts of aggravated theft and one count of felony mail theft. She was booked Thursday in jail.

Drugs — Michelle Zavala, 24, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Zavala on felony charges of methamphetamine distribution and possession, and a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court. She was lodged Thursday in jail without bail.

Drugs — Leonardo Partida-Zavala, 23, of the 2300 block of South Columbus Avenue, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force Thursday arrested Partida-Zavala on felony charges of distribution of methamphetamine and cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school, and methamphetamine and cocaine possession. He was lodged Thursday in jail on $540,000 bail.

Assault — Darrell Shon McGhee, 38, of the 300 block of North Ivy Street, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested McGhee on a felony fourth-degree assault charge and misdemeanor charges of strangluation and harassment. He was lodged Thursday in jail on $13,000 bail.

Drugs — Eric Christopher Andrew Rangel, 34, no known address. Central Point police Thursday arrested Rangel on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and an out-of-county warrant for parole violation on a previous methamphetamine possession charge. He was lodged Thursday in jail on $25,000 bail.

Theft — Kristi Lee Baker, 31, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Baker on a felony charge of first-degree theft and probation violation on a previous methamphetamine possession charge. She was lodged Thursday in jail without bail.

Crime reports

Theft — Medford police took a report of theft at 11:44 a.m. Thursday in the 2300 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Items reported stolen included a Breitling wristwatch, aluminum briefcase, a wristwatch from China, a cordless drill with battery and case and a socket set. The loss was valued at $1,800.
