Rape — Gilbert Gutierrez Diaz Barriga, 22, of the 3500 block of Avenue H, White City. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies Tuesday arrested Gutierrez Diaz Barriga on a felony charges of third-degree rape and misdemeanor charges of third-degree sexual abuse, contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor and sexual misconduct. He was booked Tuesday in the Jackson County Jail and was released on his own recognizance after posting bail.
Burglary — Brett Devon Burns, 27, of the 300 block of Teakwood Drive, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police Wednesday arrested Burns on a felony charge of second-degree burglary and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.
Sexual Penetration — Nicholas Dorren Lewis Jones, 31, of the 700 block of Western Avenue, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Jones on a felony charge of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration, and misdemeanor charges of third-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail Wednesday and held on over $1 million bail.
Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle — Jason Rollin Coburn, 45, no known address. Medford police Wednesday arrested Coburn on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor charges of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and third-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $28,000 bail.
Drugs — Ricky Edward Singley, 22, no known address. Medford police Wednesday arrested Singley on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was also arrested for a parole violation on a previous methamphetamine possession charge. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.
Assault — George Louis Labrecque Jr., 57, no known address. Ashland police Wednesday arrested Labrecque on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault, and misdemeanor charges of harassment and endangering another person. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $12,000 bail.
Theft — Medford police took a report of a theft at 11:11 a.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of Oleander Street, Medford. Items reported stolen included an electric bicycle and a leather tool belt with drill and grinder. The loss was valued at $1,690.
Theft — Medford police took a report of a theft from a motor vehicle at 1:33 p.m. Wednesday in the 1500 block of Arlington Street, Medford. Items reported stolen included a Matthews compound bow, Oakley glasses and a Carhartt jacket. The loss and damage to the vehicle was valued at $2,970.
Lost Property — Medford police took a report of lost property at 2:29 p.m. Wednesday in the first block of East Stewart Avenue, Medford. Items reported lost included a platinum ring with three diamonds, a Tiffany necklace with matching earrings and bracelet, two thin gold bracelets with small diamonds, the key to a Lexus vehicle, a red topaz ring with small diamonds and a blue diamond ring with small diamonds, among other items. The loss was valued at $9,245.
