Felony arrests

Drugs — Jorge Cabrera, 21, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Cabrera on charges of methamphetamine possession and failure to appear warrant on a previous methamphetamine possession charge. He was booked into Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — August Dawn Mansfield, 28, of the 230 block of Eva Way, Talent. Ashland police Sunday arrested Mansfield on charges of heroin possession, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempt to elude on foot, attempt to elude by vehicle, second-degree trespass, third-degree theft, methamphetamine possession, driving while suspended, probation violations for coercion, menacing, driving while suspended, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Medford police added a charge of failure to appear for second-degree theft. He was jailed on $73,000 bail.

Drugs — Lacee Rae Kinghorn, 24, of the 200 block of Rogue River Highway, Gold Hill. Central Point police Sunday arrested Kinghorn on charges of heroin possession, two counts of second-degree robbery, and contempt of court. She was jailed on $53,000 bail.

Assault — Marco Antonio Arreola-Flores, 25, of the 1800 block of Scenic Avenue, Central Point. Central Point police Sunday arrested Arreola-Flores on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault. He was jailed on $4,000 bail. 

Drugs — Boyce Andrew McAllister, 20, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested McAllister on charges of  methamphetamine possession, two counts of second-degree theft, three counts of third-degree theft, failure to appear for previous methamphetamine possession and theft charges. He was booked into jail and released.

Sex Offender — James William Wood, 31 no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Carson on a felony charge of failure to register his address as a sex offender. He was booked into jail, bail unknown

Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle — Christian Douglas Cochran, 20, no known address. Sheriff's deputies Sunday arrested Cochran on two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempt to elude on foot, attempt to elude by vehicle, reckless driving, endangerment, felon in possession of a weapon, and probation violations for first-degree theft and second-degree burglary. He was jailed on $42,000 bail.

Theft — Lana Jane Walker, 33, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Walker on two counts of first-degree theft. She was booked into jail, bail unknown.

Drugs — Martin Figueroa-Quiroz, 48, no known address. Medford Area Drug Gang Enforcement Sunday arrested Figueroa-Quiroz on charges of delivery and manufacturing of methamphetamine within 1,000 yards of a school, methamphetamine possession, delivery of cocaine and possession of cocaine. He was jailed on bail of $1,000,040.

Drugs — Donald Channing Howell II, 21, of Grants Pass. Sheriff's deputies Sunday arrested Howell on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of cocaine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
