Burglary — Adam Hughie Phi Quinn, 31, of the 300 block of Beach Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Quinn Tuesday on felony charges of first-degree burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest and misdemeanor warrants for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
Theft — Terrie Lee Lagoy, 48, no known address. Ashland police arrested Lagoy Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree theft, a misdemeanor charge of contempt and misdemeanor warrants for second-degree theft and third-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding.
Drugs — Ryan Keith Ashker, 26, of the 2600 block of Taylor Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Ashker Wednesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree forgery and for a parole violation on a previous charge of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. He was lodged in jail without bail.
Drugs — Michael David Cisneros, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Cisneros Wednesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. The Jackson County Circuit Court additionally arrested Cisneros Wednesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $15,000 bail.
Sex Abuse — Jeffrey Allen Smith, 51, of the 1000 block of Peachwood Court, Medford. Medford police arrested Smith Wednesday on two felony charges of first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $2 million bail.
Drugs —Tasha Nicole Thatcher, 24, of the 5500 block of Tunnel Loop Road, Grants Pass. Oregon State troopers arrested Thatcher Wednesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and for a parole violation on a previous meth possession charge. She was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding.
Theft — Medford police took a report of theft from a motor vehicle at 8:05 a.m. Wednesday in the 1300 block of Center Drive, Medford. Items reported stolen included a Hitachi Noblus portable ultrasound, penile and prostate scanning probes and a Pelican protector case. The loss was valued at $126,800.
Theft — Medford police took a report of theft at 9:05 a.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of Dakota Avenue, Medford. Items reported stolen included an air compressor, tool kit, coil nailer, scaffolding ladder, extension ladder and an 8-foot ladder. The loss was valued at $2,150.
