Felony arrests

Money Laundering — Crystal A. McAlister, 32, of Charlotte, N.C. Medford police arrested McAlister Tuesday on a felony charge of money laundering. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Cody Bill Eider, 22, of the 2100 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Eider Tuesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a warrant charging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft, and a parole violation sanction on a previous methamphetamine possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs — Alyce Deann Patee, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Patee Tuesday on felony charges of methamphetamine and heroin possession. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — James Leroy Mullins, 54, of the 100 block of Tripp Street. Medford police arrested Mullins Wednesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Court Appearance — Blake Lawrence Lee, 31, of the 5500 block of South Pacific Highway, Phoenix. On Wednesday, Lee made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and for violating his parole on a previous misdemeanor conviction for driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Court Appearance — Joseph Apolinar Garcia, 39, of the 1000 block of Maple Park Drive, Medford. On Wednesday, Garcia made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree theft and a misdemeanor charge of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Miguel Francisco Villa, 28, no known address. Central Point police arrested Villa Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary, misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing and second-degree disorderly conduct, and for violating his parole on a previous first-degree burglary conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.
