Felony arrests

Drugs — Danee Patricia Donna Conken, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Conken Thursday on a felony charge of heroin possession, a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous meth possession charge. She was lodged Thursday in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Drugs — Kimberly Ann Roberts, 29, of the 300 block of Alice Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Roberts Friday on a felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine and heroin, possessing cocaine and a warrant on a previous meth possession charge. She was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding.

Court Appearance — Dennis Jay Irigoyen, 49, of the 10300 block of Blackwell Road, Central Point. On Friday, Irigoyen made his initial court appearance on three felony counts of hit-and-run involving an injured person, three misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree assault and misdemeanor counts of endangering and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Court Appearance — Andrew Redding Strange, 47, of the 7200 block of Wagner Creek Road, Talent. On Friday, Strange made his initial court appearance on felony charges of heroin possession, methamphetamine possession and cocaine possession. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Jovani Sanchez-Portillo, 30, of the 800 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Sanchez-Portillo Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, an out-of-county warrant charging violation of a restraining order, and on a Jackson County warrant charging failure to appear in court on a charge of violating a restraining order. He was lodged in jail Friday on $21,500 bail.

Drugs — Donald Frederick Taylor, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Taylor Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest, interfering with a police officer, disorderly conduct and second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Friday on $53,000 bail.

Crime reports

Vandalism — Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle at 2:09 p.m. Thursday in the 1800 block of Crater Lake Avenue. A vehicle's hood was reported damaged. The damage was valued at $1,000.

Theft — Medford police took a report of a bicycle theft at 7:52 p.m. Thursday in the 3000 block of Biddle Road. The bike was described as a Trek Remedy mountain bike with full suspension and carbon fiber frame. The loss was valued at $4,000.
