Felony arrests

Drugs — Dalton Kane Bradley, 25, of the 300 block of Live Oak Loop, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Bradley Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing heroin, felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, a misdemeanor charge of possession of a Schedule III controlled substance and for violating his parole on a previous heroin distribution conviction. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail.

Unlawful Use of a Stun Gun — Joshua Clint Collins, 37, no known address. Ashland police arrested Collins Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree unlawful use of a stun gun, tear gas or mace. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Nicolas James Vance, 21, of the 2600 block of Falcon Street, White City. Medford police arrested Vance Wednesday on a felony charge of heroin possession. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding.

Criminal Mischief — David Scott Walker, 49, no known address. Medford police arrested Walker Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — David Joseph McCullough, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested McCullough Wednesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous methamphetamine possession charge. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Court Appearance — Lauren Alexandra Hafterson, 30, of the 200 block of Loto Street, Eagle Point. On Wednesday, Hafterson made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of identity theft and misdemeanor charges of second-degree forgery, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree theft and fourth-degree assault. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance.

Court Appearance — Julian Brice McIntosh, 22, of the 7500 block of 28th Street, White City. On Wednesday, McIntosh made his initial court appearance on felony charges of aggravated first-degree theft and second-degree burglary. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Coercion — Glenn Keith Maxwell, 28, of the 2400 block of Terrmont Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Maxwell Wednesday on felony charges of coercion and methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing and for violating his probation on a previous menacing conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Attempted Murder — Phillip Leo Murandanes, 40, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Murandanes Wednesday on felony warrants charging attempted murder, first-degree robbery, attempted first-degree assault, two counts of unlawful use of a weapon, first-degree burglary, first-degree theft, three misdemeanor counts of reckless endangering and a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a weapon. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $2 million bail.

Child Pornography — Richard Michael Fay, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Fay Wednesday on a felony charge of attempting to use a child in the display of a sex act, attempted possession of sexual material involving a child and attempted encouraging child sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $18,000 bail.

Crime report

Theft — Medford police took a report of theft at 9:49 a.m. in the 1200 block of East Jackson Street. Items reported stolen included a five-head cappuccino machine, four Tidel safes and a Curtis coffee maker. The loss was valued at $2,923.
