Felony arrests

Drugs — Andrew James Fuentez, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Fuentez Friday on a felony warrant charging methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Friday and released because of overcrowding.

Assault — Luke Jose Sanchez, 30, of the 3000 block of Kingsgate Circle, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Sanchez Friday on a felony charge of second-degree assault, and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail Friday on more than $1 million bail.

Strangulation — Bobby Shane Orvis, 34, of the 400 block of Plum Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Orvis Friday on a felony charge of strangulation and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Theft — Andrew Monroe Scoggins, 26, no known address. Medford police and Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Scoggins Friday on a felony charge of first-degree theft, two felony warrants charging methamphetamine possession and two warrants charging failure to appear in court on previous third-degree theft charges. He was lodged in jail Friday on $39,000 bail.

Burglary — Daniel George Roux, 66, of the 2800 block of David Lane, Medford. Talent police arrested Roux Saturday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and misdemeanor charges of harassment and interfering with making a police report. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Molly Marie Tucker, 22, of the 5700 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Tucker Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and for violating her parole on a previous first-degree burglary conviction. She was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Drugs — Gustavo Plascencia-Soria, 42, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Plascencia-Soria Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a felony warrant charging meth possession and a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Kalie Anne McCurdy, 30, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested McCurdy Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, two felony warrants charging meth possession and on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a third-degree theft charge. She was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding.

Vehicle Theft — Jose Carmen Espinoza, 40, of the 1800 block of West Eighth Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Espinoza Saturday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding.

Robbery — David Dustin Flowers, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Flowers Saturday on a felony charge of second-degree robbery. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Drugs — Renato Mansilla-Marroquin, 24, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Mansilla-Marroquin Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants, and on warrants charging failure to appear in court on previous charges of DUII and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Theft — Keith Douglas Duvall, 39, of the 200 block of North Holly Street, Medford. Eagle Point police arrested Duvall Saturday on a felony charge of theft of lost or mislaid property, and misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Charles Everett Nathan, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Nathan Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous theft of services charge. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Glenn Douglas Abney Jr., 21, no known address. Medford police arrested Abney Saturday on a felony charge of heroin possession, a felony warrant charging heroin possession and a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $55,000 bail.

Assault — Hortensia Villa-Gomez, 28, no known address. Talent police arrested Villa-Gomez on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault and misdemeanor charges of harassment, reckless endangering and third-degree criminal mischief. She was lodged in jail Saturday on $13,000 bail.

Sex Offender Registration — Ronald Allen Sohnrey, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Sohnrey Saturday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $18,000 bail.

Drugs — Bryan Eugine Kohl, 27, of the 11100 block of Blackwell Road, Central Point. Rogue River police arrested Kohl Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $25,000 bail.

Drugs — Steven Michael Voelker, 25, no known address. Rogue River police arrested Voelker Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a weapon. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $14,000 bail.

Theft — Jessyca Marie Harper, 36, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Harper Saturday on a felony charge of first-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Saturday on $15,000 bail. 

Drugs — Ashley Ranae Ring, 26, no known address. Rogue River police arrested Ring Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor warrant charging contempt of court. She was lodged in jail Saturday on $30,000 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 12:35 p.m. Friday in the 1700 block of Thomas Road. Items reported stolen included a generator, miscellaneous hand tools, three nail guns and a compressor. The loss was valued at $6,220.

Theft — Medford police took a report of theft of miscellaneous clothing at 5:16 p.m. in the 1600 block of North Riverside Drive. The loss was valued at $1,000.

Burglary — Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 7:54 p.m. Friday in the first block of Hamilton Street. Items reported stolen included jazz and folk records, hand tools, artwork in frames, a leaf blower, large roller suitcases and furniture. The loss was valued at $3,715.
