Felony arrests

Criminal Mischief — Marshall Paul Corley, 44, no known address. Medford police arrested Corley Monday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Monday on $7,500 bail.

Vehicle Elude — Jose Diaz, 22, of the 6800 block of Downing Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Diaz Monday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Vehicle Theft — Christian Jonathan Torres, 19, of the 1800 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Torres Tuesday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $5,000 bail.

Sexual Abuse — Lanny C Domino, 50, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Domino Saturday on felony charges of first-degree sexual abuse, second-degree sexual penetration, failing to register his address as a sex offender and distributing marijuana. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on more than $5 million bail.

Stalking — Martin Keith Hutton, 51, of the 19100 block of Antioch Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Hutton Tuesday on a felony charge of violating a stalking order. He was booked in the jail and released after he posted bail.

Drugs — Justine Priscilla Gonzales, 24, of the 300 block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Gonzales Tuesday on a felony charge of heroin possession, a felony warrant charging unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous heroin possession charge. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $50,000 bail.

Drugs — Jessica Leann Johnson, 25, of the 3600 block of Avenue C, White City. Medford police arrested Johnson Tuesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $10,000 bail.

Theft — Joaquin Cole Deckelman, 21, no known address. Ashland police arrested Deckelman Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree theft and on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous second-degree theft charge. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $10,000 bail.

Incest — Michael Patrick Bowling, 49, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Bowling on three felony warrants charging incest and for violating his probation on a previous felony hit-and-run conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $50,000 bail.

Drugs — Levi Michael Jonathan Wear, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Wear Tuesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, misdemeanor charges of harassment and fourth-degree assault, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous meth possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Vehicle Elude — David Leon Zahner, 54, no known address. Medford police arrested Zahner Tuesday on felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and felony driving under the influence of intoxicants, misdemeanor charges of hit-and-run, reckless driving and driving while suspended. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $45,000 bail.

Drugs — Antonio Miranda Ledesma, 25, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Ledesma Tuesday on felony charges of methamphetamine possession, heroin possession and attempting to elude police in a vehicle, a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving, warrants charging failure to appear in court on previous charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing heroin, meth possession, attempting to elude police in a vehicle, first-degree possession of a forgery instrument, attempting to elude police on foot, interfering with a police officer and reckless endangering. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Crime reports

Theft — Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in and theft at 3:51 p.m. Monday in the 2300 block of North Pacific Highway. Items reported stolen included a Samsung Galaxy S7 smartphone, a DeWalt drill, saw, Skil saw, batteries and charger. The loss was valued at $1,500.

Theft — Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 4:53 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of Midway Road. Items reported stolen included a guitar signed by Eddie Money among others, and a Bissell steam cleaner vacuum. The loss was valued at $1,200.

Theft — Medford police took a report of a stolen class ring at 5:00 p.m. Monday in the 700 block of Summer Glen Drive. The loss was valued at $1,053.

Theft — Medford police took a report of a theft  at 5:08 p.m. Monday in the 4500 block of Pinnacle Drive. A 15-inch Apple MacBook Pro with Retina Display was reported stolen. The loss was valued at $2,200.
