Felony arrests

Robbery — Rmani Nyere Minard, 22, of San Francisco, Calif. Medford police arrested Minard Friday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery, misdemeanor charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and third degree theft, and on a California warrant. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday without bail.

Identity Theft — Cera Freier, 19, of the 400 block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Freier Saturday on a felony charge of identity theft and misdemeanor charges of fraudulent use of a credit card and second-degree trespassing. She was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding.

Coercion — London Charles Hogue, 25, of the 400 block of South Grape Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Hogue Saturday on a felony warrant charging coercion, misdemeanor warrants charging fourth-degree assault and harassment, and on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous contempt charge. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Aggravated Identity Theft — Karen Andrea Hunt, 55, of the 100 block of West Vilas Road, Central Point. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Hunt Saturday on felony warrants charging aggravated identity theft and first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Saturday and released.

Drugs — Toriano Lee Butler, 44, no known address. Medford police arrested Butler Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $25,000 bail.

Drugs — Donnie Ray Harper, 37, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Harper Saturday on felony charges of heroin and methamphetamine possession and misdemeanor charges of menacing and harassment. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $27,000 bail.
