Felony arrests

Sex Offender Registration — Jose Antonio Steiner, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Steiner Friday on a felony charge of failure to register his address as a sex offender, warrants for failure to appear in court on previous charges of failure to register his address as a sex offender, failure to register as a sex offender on his birthday and methamphetamine possession, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous felony conviction for failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Shelly Lorraine Boggan, 48, of the 6500 block of Tolo Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Boggan Friday on a felony warrant charging methamphetamine possession. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Ryan Lee Brashears, 22, of the 9200 block of Blackthorn Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Brashears Friday on a felony warrant charging methamphetamine possession, misdemeanor charges of third-degree theft and contempt, a misdemeanor warrant for providing false information to police and on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a previous meth possession charge. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Jolene Lynn Martin, 29, of the 1100 block of Livingston Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Martin Friday on felony charges of methamphetamine and heroin possession, and on warrants for failure to appear in court on charges of first- and second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Angel Rivera-Lopez, 20, of Corcoran, Calif. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Rivera-Lopez Saturday on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Saturday on more than $1 million bail.

Drugs — Troy T. Williams, 31, of the 100 block of Omni Circle, Medford. Medford police arrested Williams Saturday on a felony charge of cocaine possession and misdemeanor charges of concealed possession of a firearm and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding.

Driving While Suspended — Jeffrey Walker Haworth, 53, of the 200 block of Second Street, Rogue River. Rogue River police arrested Haworth Saturday on a felony charge of driving while suspended. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Lucas Taylor Hothan, 23, of the 700 block of Palm Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Hothan Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and for failure to appear in court on a previous meth possession charge. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Drugs — Patrick Kelly Riley, 53, no known address. Rogue River police arrested Riley Saturday on felony charges of methamphetamine and heroin possession, first-degree possession of a forged instrument and supplying contraband. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $80,000 bail.

Drugs — Dusty Ray Jones, 39, no known address. Rogue River police arrested Jones Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $35,000 bail.

Drugs — Johnnie Alvarado, 36, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Alvarado Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine and heroin possession, and for violating his parole on a previous supplying contraband conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Drugs — Kayla Anderson, 21, no known address. Medford police arrested Anderson Saturday on a felony charge of heroin possession and for violating her parole on a previous meth possession conviction. She was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Crime reports

Theft — Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 7:57 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of Windsor Avenue. Items reported stolen included a women's road bike, Garmin GPS and Leatherman multi-tool. The loss was valued at $3,065.

Theft — Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 5:26 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of La Loma Drive. Items reported stolen included approximately 35 BluRay movies, an Xbox One video game console, Xbox Kinect motion sensor, a gas-powered blower and a push lawn mower. The loss was valued at $1,920.
